You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. GL777 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your GL777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. GL777 may also close accounts at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified.

You agree to notify GL777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. All deposits on GL777 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GL777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your GL777 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet are generally credited within one (1) banking day, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
GL777 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions
GL777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or (d) the account is under investigation.
